ROCE
Encourage young people to delve into and appreciate diverse aspects of culture by exploring literature, attending opera performances, and savoring the art of coffee. At the same time, offer them the opportunity to learn essential life skills such as etiquette and social graces, which are crucial for personal and professional development.
The goal is to foster a deep sense of curiosity, cultivate a refined sense of sophistication, and provide a well-rounded blend of creativity, learning, and cultural appreciation. Through these experiences, young people can develop a lifelong passion for the arts and a strong foundation in essential interpersonal skills.
Business Growth Center
The Daniels Business Institute is our flagship business accelerator program, specifically designed to empower startups and underserved small businesses with the tools, resources, and mentorship needed to thrive.
Launching in spring 2025, the program will provide participants with comprehensive support, including access to expert advisors, networking opportunities, tailored workshops, and growth strategies.
The Daniels Business Institute aims to nurture innovation, drive economic growth, and foster sustainable success by equipping entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge to navigate the complexities of building a business in today’s competitive landscape.

The D. Daniels Institute
The D. Daniels Institute Building, a cornerstone of our broader campus, will be a transformative 250,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose facility designed to support business owners, youth, and the entire community.
It will serve as a dynamic hub for innovation, education, entrepreneurship, and technology.
This state-of-the-art center will provide extensive resources and services, empowering the community to grow and adapt to the evolving challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.

The overall campus is envisioned to be fully operational by 2030, featuring affordable housing, a vibrant shopping center, and dedicated low-rent spaces for startups and small businesses.
